Seraya Engineering, in partnership with Amber Global Gases U.K., is dedicated to providing innovative calibration solutions specifically for environmental and industrial hygiene applications. We provide disposable calibration gas mixtures made to the highest accuracy with traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T.).

Seraya Engineering supplies the standard gas cylinders from Amber Global Gases in four sizes, which are the 34L, 58L, 100L, and 116L in aluminium material. The cylinders are more compact than standard calibration gas cylinders and provide the capacity you need in more portable sizes. The gas cylinders have an extremely low return rate, and the proprietary fill technologies support a long shelf life.

Each cylinder carries a unique serial number and is issued a Certification of Analysis demonstrating traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Save the hassle of retrieving the hardcopies and provide you with the convenience of getting immediate access to the electronic Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Datasheet (SDS) by scanning the QR code on the cylinders. It provides greater integrity and efficiency in managing required cylinder documentation.

Scan and store cylinder information, blend expiration dates and blend specifications in your phone. Set alerts to monitor and anticipate the expiration of your gas mixture to ensure quality. Create, store and email your cylinder re-order the list.

Gas Cylinders Regulators

We provide Fixed Flow Regulators, Demand Flow Regulators and Variable Flow Regulators for use with the calibration gas cylinders according to your application needs, be it active or passive type of gas detection system.

These regulators are available with a brass nickel-plated body for non-reactive gases and a stainless steel body for reactive gas service.

Preset Fixed Flow Regulator

Provides a preset, fixed flow to instruments for calibration. These are available in preset flow settings from 0.1 to 8.0 LPM. Ideal for calibration of gas detection instruments or gas analysers where a constant flow rate is required.

Variable Flow Regulator

Variable Flow Regulator provides flexibility to switch different flow rates within a single unit range from 0, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0 LPM. It allows users to calibrate multiple gas detectors with different flow rates without mount-dismount multiple preset fixed flow regulators.

Demand Flow Regulator

Provides gas as demanded by the gas detectors or gas sampling system utilising pump module or eduction method. By providing the exact gas flow amount, the regulator help to saves the calibration gas because it only transfers as much as the gas detectors or sampling system required.
